Leaders of tomorrow will need to deal with an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving world. Demonstrating responsibility, ethical decision making and pushing for equality are only some of the characteristics that will be required. Underpinning such qualities is an appreciation of the importance of critically approaching and relying on high-quality research for decision-making, and a wider understanding of, and ability to demonstrate, what good leadership requires. The Laidlaw Scholarship Programme in Leadership and Research offers students an opportunity to develop these skills and abilities.
